AI Workforce Accelerator · 6 weeks
Toolpath is a six-week training and implementation program for manufacturing organizations. We find where your staff lose hours, train them on the AI tools you already pay for, and measure the time it saves.
| Duration | 6 weeks, on site or remote |
| Cohort | Up to 15 staff (pilot) |
| Tools | The ones you already license |
| Output | 2–3 rebuilt workflows, trained staff, a results report |
| Measured | Hours saved per task, adoption rate, staff feedback |
The problem
Most organizations already have access to AI. What's missing is the time, training and confidence for staff to change how they work. Without that, the tools sit unused and the organization moves slower than the industry it serves.

from first interview to measured results. Short enough to try, long enough for habits to stick.
The program
Each week builds on the last. You know what's happening, who's involved and what you'll get at every step.
Week 1
Interviews with staff on how they work today, what slows them down and why they're hesitant about AI.
Week 2
We choose 2–3 high-volume tasks with you and time them to set a baseline.
Week 3
Hands-on sessions built around your real documents and tasks, not generic demos.
Week 4
Advanced prompting, templates and a shared prompt library for your team.
Week 5
The new workflows go live. We sit with staff as they use them on real work.
Week 6
Re-time each task, survey the cohort and deliver a results report with next steps.

Why structured training works
S&P Global ran a structured AI academy for its employees. Accenture's case study reports these results:

Who we are
Toolpath is a team of University of Michigan students. We use AI every day in classes, clubs, internships and jobs, and we know what makes it click for someone who hasn't used it before.
Questions
No. We work with what your organization already licenses or allows, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise or Gemini for Workspace. If you have nothing approved yet, the Assessment tier includes a recommendation.
We follow your IT and security policies from day one. Controlled data such as ITAR or CUI never goes into public AI tools, and the workflows we pick are chosen with those rules in mind.
In week 2 we time each chosen task as it's done today. In week 6 we time it again with the new workflow and survey the cohort. You get the before-and-after numbers in the final report.
That's the point of the program. Week 1 interviews surface the actual reasons, and training is built to answer them. Hesitant staff are often the ones who save the most time once they start.
Yes. The $2,500 Assessment is a two-week engagement, and its full cost is credited if you move to the Pilot within 60 days.
